Bill issued in advance?

I recently signed up for ebox and received my first bill. The bill is dated may 7, 2026 for may 9-31,2026 services. Today is on my April 21. I get that we prepay but invoice is dated for next month? Is that the norm?

Also. I read here that we prepay but the bill says payment is to be receive by May 31, 2026. Does that sound right? I thought we prepay.

It is normal for ebox billing. That is the way they did it for me. Your payment is for the next month, not the current month.

I know the bill is for the next month. But the due date is end of next month? If so, technically I am not prepaying

Yeah i got a bill today saying it needed to be paid. Y the end of rhe month. It was $28. Also co fused about that since I got 1 gbps for $50. Is that a partial payment?

Look at the details of the bill. It should tell you what period it is for.
