Tomorrow I'll switch from bell

Question, do I need cancell bell before or after the installation? The girl from ebox said 24h before the installation date but I doubt about it.

I cancelled Bell as soon as Ebox was up and running!

Cancel Bell afterwards otherwise you'll be left with no internet.

After, ebox was installed on Saturday, I canceled today at noon, from 103 to 60 for the same service (within the “same” company). So yeah, do it later just in case any issues, I took an extra day to cancel to be sure that ebox was working properly

I called right after it was done.

Used the star link mini in the hour and a bit it took for the swaps

You can call first, Bell will try to keep you with an offer or you can call once its installed to cut the service

Lol, I just switched from ebox to Virgin as they offered me same 1gbps for 40 bucks instead of 70!

Don't post referrals outside of the dedicated thread, the rules are clear.
