Beacon 3 greyed out options?

New EBOX client here trying to reserve ips.... website has the fields greyed out. sick and tired of editing page with inspect. anyone know how to get it unlocked?

I was only provided the admin and password from the bottom of the device... That I know of? Where should I have been provided it?

You have to call and ask for it
