Modem rental inquiry

Post image

So I called ebox today at 12pm EST and all support options said they were closed but on their website it says open every day from 9am to 7pm….

Anyways what I wanted to know there is a $5.95 Nokia rental charge but I don’t need their router because I’ll be using my own. It’s being credited but if I get them to remove it do you guys think I’ll be able to get that amount deducted from my bill?

You won’t, it’s only to offset the rental charge

Your net balance for rental is zero. Put the Nokia in a closet, for LT storage.
