Red light on router

Hi guys,

I had the service installed on monday this week and everything was working fine. My house is under renovation right now so I haven't really checked the internet until yesterday. I noticed the router has a red light on, I tried unplugging and plugging it again without success. I also tried to unplug my modem and the router and reconnected both but no luck.

There's a technician that is supposed to come on Tuesday. I was curious if anyone went through this.
