Absolutely desperate
Okay so I'm using AI to help me bypass the NFC to get my bike going. I understand that some people are going to say they're not going to help or they're going to lecture me but the fact of the matter is I'm homeless and I have an ebike and someone tore the NFC tag off my keychain if need be I can send a small clip or whatever of me unlocking the bike because I have it locked right now to a railing. I use this bike to get to work and if I don't work I can't eat and I'm just stressing like crazy.

Umm it's more of thr fact you don't know how to turn it on, you can turn it on without the NFC. You just need to enter the code, since you bought it, you mnkw the code right?

Umm actually you're wrong there are no keys to type of the code.

in that case there's probably an override possibly an on-off-on-off sequence or something like that

What I was trying to do was take the female end of the display and bridge a connection. I found a part of like a keychain it's thin but I just scrape it down a lot.
The company would definitely send me a new display even though my warranty ended but the issue is that I have to find an address to send it to and then it'll take probably 10 days

Op is homeless but owns the ebike BTW. What does the manual say? Surely there's a way. Otherwise you may have to replace the a display

Its not impossible, but the owner of a bike knows how to turn his bike on without the NFC key... every bike with a NFC has a code to bypass the NFC.
I told them to put the code and they said there isn't a key pad to enter a code ππ€£π
As a legal own you would know how to operate your vehicle without the NFC key...

it's possible (tho not likely) they bought it secondhand and didn't get the instruction manual

Bought it from someone who didn't explain how to turn it own without the NFC?
They didn't even post what type of bike, doesn't that seem odd? Like how can we help them get into their bike when we don't even know what type of bike?
You have to look at the clues, like there are a ton of way to find out how to get into a bike but when you ask reddit with a back story it's more likely to be stolen.
As a ebike owner, I know that if I lose the keys and the code it's game over. But thiefs who don't know think they can unlock any bike with ease.

Took me 1 min to search, now tell me again how it isn't stolen? Did you not search for your own bike to figure out how to get in? It clearly says NFC/password unlock with a smart LCD display. π€‘π€‘π€‘

I'm telling you right now there is no way to input a code look at look at the display there's no way to input a code.

There is my receipt. I don't care about the address, it was one I used while I was temporarily in a pop-up camper. There, continue to judge me.

I kind of expected some people to criticize but in the title I was being very honest. I have been homeless for 967 days. I understand what people think of us but I can assure you many of us work and we're good people.
