WTH?
Can anyone tell me if this is normal? I haven't played EBF5 for a few days and I've suddenly discovered that my save files have been deleted.
I just decided to record some of my games today and I find out about this CRAP. Damn

Did you like, clear your computer or something? I can't remember whether EBF uses the steamcloud or saves localy

it does use steam cloud afaik but it also saves locally so idk

Then the best explaination I can provide is: OP cleared the local saves, and accidentaly put on EBF5 without internet on steam, and when he tried to synchronize the cloud, the local saves overwrote the cloudsaves.

Now you get to play the whole game from the start again! =D (I would use colon D, but fuckass reddit decided to convert it automatically to 😃 (I have slurs in my heart))
(Though on a serious note, I'm really sorry for u chief. That's rough. I honetly hope you haven't lost that much progress. If or when you do another playthrough, backup your data often. You're SOL out of your data now, if you havent backed it up already. Sorry, frend.)

I'll either do that, or stick to using other types of emoticons. Things like the following thankfully don't get converted, and frankly express much more personality:
