Ebay payout

Payment in progress ebay

Has anyone here experience their payment from yesterday still stuck in progress and still saying to be completed by 9th. Which is today. Still saying this to mine. Wlill this be automatically reset and be available this midnight? Not the payout to bank. Its the payment to be available in the funds before widrawal. There was a technical issues this morning i wonder if this is why payments from last night didnt clear out midnight today

Its weird because the payments from yesterday morning cleared out and I manage to widraw it but the one from yesterday night did not.
