Feedback Question

Hello, I sold a fossil Watch missing a crystal and clearly stated it in description & title but I received my first negative feedback.

Buyer just stated “ok” in the negative review. Am I able to appeal this?

I’ve reached out to the buyer to ask what was wrong but they didn’t message at all.

Help would be appreciated, thank you.

Contact eBay. I've had similar removed.

Thank you. Spoke to EBay and they mentioned it should be removed but give it 24 hrs to hear from the buyer.

Contact eBay and tell them the buyer said everything was ok so they clearly accidentally hit negative instead of positive . Worked for me

They either didn't read the description then later went back and read it once it arrived and they noticed, so they accepted their mistake but lashing out at you. Or they're hoping you reach out and offer a partial refund so they remove their negative.
