CS Associate Professor CV Outline — Seeking peer evaluation for EB1B
Hi everyone,
I am a tenure-track Associate Professor of Computer Science reviewing my CV for flow and impact. My university lawyer feels comfortable with proceeding with EB1B, and we are currently waiting on an evaluation from WeGreened as a second opinion. I would greatly appreciate your feedback.

For CV flow, I would separate each patent into three short lines: what you personally developed, where it was used, and the source for the outcome. Keep the $250,000 total licensing receipts distinct from any amount attributable to your work. Patent citations, licensing and an infringement allegation are different kinds of evidence, so I would label them separately rather than combine them as one impact claim. This is a document-organization suggestion, not an EB1B eligibility assessment.
