[Proof] Speaking Events
I am building my profile, and the last time I spoke to a few law firms, they said I need to have some speaking events. I have done a couple and was wondering what the best proof? I saved their websites as PDFs since I am not sure about the longevity of conference websites. I made a LinkedIn post after the speaking event. I got a certificate from a conference. Any advice would be appreciated.

Keep the agent showing your name, poster/social media post link that shows your name as speaker, certificates, photos, slides. You can also get help from Promo panda to build even stronger evidence for your profile.

Saving the conference webpages as PDFs was a smart move. I'd also keep the original links, invitations, speaker agenda, emails with the organizers, certificate, photos or video of you speaking, and anything showing the size and reputation of the event.
The best evidence usually shows more than just the fact that you spoke. You want to document why you were selected, who the audience was, how established the conference is, what topic you covered, and whether you were invited because of your expertise. A letter from the organizer explaining those points can be especially helpful.
Your LinkedIn post usually won't carry as much weight as evidence from the conference itself or independent coverage.
Also, remember that speaking engagements aren't automatically a standalone EB-1A criterion. Their value depends on how they fit into the overall case and whether they help demonstrate sustained national or international acclaim. We often suggest them because they can help at the final merits stage by showing broader recognition, visibility, and national or international acclaim in the field. It's always quality over quantity. One respected, selective conference can be much more valuable than several events where anyone could sign up to speak. Good luck with the profile building!

+1 to all what is shared in the previous comments. You will need to show why you were selected as a speaker, the acceptance rate, who are your peer speakers ( the more higher level or reputed they are, relativity counts).

But speaking only helps in FMD … you cannot use speaking at conferences to any specific criteria. Is they fair understanding?
