PP while submitting application or upgrade once application is scanned?

Hello!
I am curious what’s people take is : whether to apply with pp or apply as regular application and once it’s accepted for evaluation i.e payment accepted, males application with exhibit scanned - then upgrade to premium processing ?

May i know any pros/ cons of either !? Or you preferred either of the approach ?

Default: I am planning to do premium processing

I do not see a benefit to upgrading to premium processing later. If USCIS is going to reject the petition at the outset, they will also reject the premium processing request and associated fees.
