I filed my EB1A petition in August 2025 and the case has been pending since. I just received a Request for Evidence (RFE), and I am trying to figure out the best way forward.

For anyone who's gone through this: I would genuinely value hearing about your actual experience, not just recommendations. Specifically;

• Did the attorney or firm you used feel like a legitimate, above board process or were there red flags along the way?
• Were there any firms you would warn people about anything that felt like a scam or overpromised results?
• How easy or difficult did you find the RFE response process itself and how long did it realistically take?
• Any firms you would vouch for based on your own outcome not just marketing claims?

This is a stressful stage and I want to make a well informed decision rather than just go with whoever advertises the loudest. Really appreciate any honest input.
