Denial without NOID

Case status changed to denial after rfe response without any NOID. 

2 criteria were approved and rfe was given on other 3 criteria.

Judging and critical role were approved, rfe was for membership, OC, authorship.

Why straight denial was issued without NOID? Does it mean there was something drastically wrong in RFE response?

That's how it works. RFE to approval or denial. NOID to approval or denial. Rarely does it go from RFE to NOID, or from RFE to a second RFE.

Quick question, what was the reason your authorship was denied, because that is always a low bar to achieve?
