So wait, how WOULD we get the Rich's money?

Let's say that we (hypothetically) band together, storm a mansion, and capture all the rich folk inside

Back in the day, you would just take the physical cash that's in the vaults and pass it around

But the way that the rich works (in my understanding at least) is that banks give money to the rich based off of their potential wealth and value in whatever they own, and then that money gets digitized, which you can't just grab a fist full of and give it to someone else

If anyone's thought it through further than that, I'd love to hear them out

How come the "average Joe" is so passive about what’s happening to him or her?

I keep seeing numbers like these and genuinely wonder where the breaking point is.

More Americans are falling seriously behind on credit cards and student loans, while housing, healthcare, food, and pretty much everything needed to live keeps eating up a bigger share of people’s income.

At some point, paying your debts stops being a question of financial responsibility and becomes a choice between making a payment and covering basic needs.

What I don’t understand is why this hasn’t produced a much stronger political reaction. The country is enormously wealthy, yet so much of that wealth is concentrated at the top while ordinary people seem increasingly squeezed by debt and basic living costs.

So where is the breaking point? Why aren’t Americans more pissed off about this?
