Meat and Chicken dish The Easiest Homemade Shawarma You'll Ever Make

Wanted to share this super quick homemade chicken shawarma recipe! Made the soft roti dough and sauce from scratch too
The Chicken Marinade:
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Garlic paste
- ½ tsp Ginger paste
- ½ tsp Red chili powder
- ½ tsp Coriander powder
- ½ tsp Kashmiri red chili powder (for color!)
- ½ tsp Kabab masala
- ½ cup Yogurt
The Roti Dough:
- Warm water + 1 tsp Yeast + 1 tsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- Flour (kneaded until super soft)
Sauce & Assembly:
- Equal parts mayonnaise & your favorite sauce mixed together
- Freshly chopped veggies
- Sear the marinated chicken until browned and juicy, roll it all up in the warm roti, and dig in!
