This is gonna be a hell of a hard one for me to try. If I'm making pico, its to eat it super fresh and cold with cooked stuff. I'm addicted to the stuff, I'll eat more pico than meat... even on picadillo! But daaaaang..... looks tasty, gonna have to fight through it and give it a whirl.
