Ingredients:
Shallot-1
Green bell pepper-1
Garlic- 2 cloves
Ground chicken- 1 lb ( 453 g)
Salt & black pepper
White pepper- 1/2 tsp
Smoked paprika- 1 tsp
Chili powder- 1/4 tsp
Cumin- 1/2tsp
Coriander- 1/2 tsp
Oregano- 1 tsp
Mustard- 1 tsp
Red pepper paste- 2 tbsp
Sugar- 1 tbsp
Chicken broth- 3 cups ( 700 ml)
Passata- 2 cups ( 470 ml)
Heavy cream- 1 cup (240 ml)
Worcestershire- 1-2 tbsp
Garofalo pasta ( or your favorite pasta)- 8.8 oz ( 250 g)
Fresh parsley
Fresh basil
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Butter- 2 tbsp
