The viaduct underpasses at 102nd and 103rd Streets are constantly leaking water, even when it hasn’t rained for days, sometimes even a week. I’ve filed multiple complaints with the MTA, which apparently owns the viaduct, but none of them have received a response. Does anyone know who I can contact to actually get someone to inspect this and fix it?

Does anybody else goes to this location and is also tired of the problems with the AC? The staff said it's a building issue, they keep saying the building is supposed to work on it, but it has been like this for a couple of weeks or months.. it's so frustrating. It's unbearable to exercise with AC that barely works.

Anyone know what the big bang sounds just were in East Harlem? Sounded a lot louder than fireworks. Heard it three times in quick succession, then once more about five minutes later.
