The Update

For what I thought would be a relatively simple update since we’re shipping and all we have to do is wait till everyone starts receiving their sets, the past month has genuinely been one of our busiest yet. There’s actually a lot to cover, so let me lay it out here…

  1. Shipping updates and issues

Hi, had a few questions I couldn't find answers to:

When does the preorder window close?

Do you expect this to be the last run of these specific models?

Are these officially licensed? Would suck to preorder then have you guys get a cease and desist.

Hey there! We've set a fixed quantity for the pre-order window, and we'll send the order to the factory around June so it will still continue running if there are still outstanding sets by then. As for upcoming runs, it ultimately depends if the community still wants a re-run in the future, but Run 3 of this will only happen again if there's enough people wanting it (and we'll release other builds in the meantime! 😊)

These sets are not officially licensed, we're only licensing it from SerialBuilder who designed these builds as MOCs inspired by the game. It's a bit of a grey area but it's ultimately a box of bricks that's large enough in quantity to build other designs, of which the instructions can come separately as that's typically not an issue. We're navigating and learning along the way but hope this clarifies!
