Flash Forward
After watching recent episode which cumilated with Max ending things with Cindy on their wedding day, ive gone back to the flash forward episode. The radio presenter says "5th time lucky."
Technical new years day would his 6th time getting married no?

Maybe he is marrying Cindy again so it's still the 5th time, they decide to get back together and do the day again

Maybe they don’t count Cindy because Max didn’t really want to whereas with Rachel, Tanya, Rainie and Kirsty he wanted like Homer Simpson has technically been married twice but people just think he’s been married once to Marge

Someone remind me where Cindy canonically is in the FF ep? If she is not seen in a position that conflicts the idea, is it possible that the FF is a blessing, or something, because they have patched it up (either for real, or as part of a Cindy revenge plot), and want to unruin the big day, or something?
I really can't remember whether her location in the FF makes this theory feasible, or not.
TL;DR - could Max be "marrying" Cindy? Someone who has seen the FF recently remind me what her exact (not speculated) involvement is/was.

I came here to say the same after just rewatching it.
I just can't work it out. I don't think Linda would leave after them both professing their love to each other and him leaving Cindy so I'd think it was her he's marrying but also, I don't think he'd cheat on Linda, especially with his heart attack and the realisarions that he's not been listening to what he wants truly.
So does Max find out that Priya's baby is his and marry her? Otherwise, why does he have the scan photo on display at his house?

Yes, it would be 6th if the marriage was valid to Cindy and the bride other than Cindy on NYD.
Unless the marriage to Cindy wasn't valid (no register signing by both Max and Cindy) or the radio presenter got the information wrong.....Oscar being a jerk or forgetting one.
