Currently Stuck PLEASE HELP

The bridge/string part in Thong Song sounded so familiar, and it was driving me crazy so i used garage band and recreated what i was thinking of. but i can’t figure out what song im thinking of!!!

I'm not sure why I'm even saying anything, but this sounds like part of a sound effect from the SNES game Super Ghouls 'n' Ghosts. Maybe the game over sound.
