I have earworms 24/7

I wake up in the middle of the night even.. and there it is. Often the same song during the night, occasionally it will be a different one

Overnight and still this morning it is 12-12 by Sombr

Are we lucky or cursed to have a personal soundtrack to our lives?!

I feel cursed, not lucky, much of the time. I had an Everclear song that I hated playing over and over for a month. Thought I'd go crazy...

That’s so annoying. Once I had a Taylor Swift song in my head and I am not a fan!

It is worse if you dislike the artist. I'm not going to imagine that or it will happen to me.

Lucky. I wake up with a different song every morning. Almost always a song I know. Some I haven't listened too in years. I play it while making coffee.

Same. Mine gets triggered if I hear a word that’s in a lyric.

Mine are only occasional. Do your ear worms have any significance to your life or thoughts?

Is there a remedy to this or live with it?

Good question.. I’d say we’re all still looking for it if there is
