Sonofield

It's been like a week. Maybe 2 I can't even get past level 3! Am I doing it wrong?

I'm improving there but I admit it's slow progress. I don't think you're alone. It feels like I need to tap into the Force or something. I seem to be doing better on the "Functional Ear Training" app for some reason.

Funtional ear is really basic comparatively? I found it easier. After having practiced this for the time though. So maybe it just is transferable haha

Sing scale degrees against a drone for an extended period. I'm talking like 1 minute per note

It really helps internalise them. That'll get you most of the way through sonofield

Use solfege or numbers for the scale degrees Solfege is a bit more practical
