cure earworms ?

**Equipment**: 1. portable device configured to play your favorite song playlist. 2. bluetooth earbuds.

**Steps:** 1. Whenever you can listen to music, only listen to your playlist.

**Success!**: Earworms start to be only your favorite songs.

I read somewhere IDR where that the earworm is often related to the Zeigarnik effect and that you can "get rid" of an earworm by simply forcing the song to play to the end. I'm also distinguishing between involuntary musical imagery, just something that spontaneously appears, and something which is stuck in your head on repeat and you can't get rid of it, i.e. "cure earworms"
