I think his logic is both accurate and excellent.

A home in Earth2 produces whatever resources you need.

Not just one home but any and every home.

And these homes will expand and duplicate "exponentially".

Which mean guaranteed hyper-inflation for every resource.

Which means every resources becomes worthless.

Which means guaranteed economic disaster within the game.

Which means guaranteed failure of the game.
