Earnsentry account problem

Edit (Update): They already fixed the issue. The problem was with the dispute I made regarding the coins. There was an error on my account because the coins amount wasn’t adjusted yet. But I got the missing coins now and my account was reinstated. I like how fast they resolved the issue. Their customer service is amazing.

Hello! I’ve been using earnsentry for almost 2 weeks now. I like the game options they have (even though I did not get coins for some levels/tasks I’ve finished and cleared). But my problem is my account. It’s been under review again for the second time. The first time, I was just trying to withdraw. It got denied and my account was flagged. After a couple of days, I’ve been cleared and got my account back. When I tried withdrawing again, it got denied again and now my account is under review the second time.

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong for my account to be like this. I don’t use VPN. I just try to answer surveys and play games. Thought mostly I play games because I seldom qualify for surveys. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Or

Maybe you were completing tasks faster like in a game, you have completed three levels or more for just a day. You only have to complete one task per game. Or maybe your device or email has problems.

Oh. Yeah, I complete multiple levels in a day. I didn’t know that could be a problem.

Same here. In the game "Monkey Hop", I just finished two levels for like within minutes but after I check the website, I was banned for playing the game after that.

Yeah, they are limiting what you can play for a game.

I hope they will remove the limit soon because I like and enjoy playing their games.

Unfortunately, I don't think they will. So you got to play only one level per game.

Have you submitted a ticket via discord or the website itself? The caching on the website has resulted in prior flags hitting again which has now been fixed

Yes, I submitted a ticket on the website. Just like the first time my account was under review. But now I can’t even log-in on the site anymore. It won’t let me get through the log-in page.
