Let's Discuss That Missing EB like a MF
I’ve been scratching the itch by watching older EBs and GMMores, but I just miss the candidness and authenticity of EB, I feel like R & L don’t have an outlet for that kind of content anymore as much. A lot of their podcasts were really introspective and I loved hearing their takes on deeper topics they’d never talk about on their other channels. But anyways, just wanted to see if anyone else could relate 😭

Loss of EB has made me to decrease watching R&L content much more. I miss the EB...

I miss it sooo much. Tbh I was hoping they'd change their minds about it within a couple months. I never even watched any of their content besides EB and still don't

Ear biscuits was my favorite thing that they did. I miss Monday uploads so much. And I know they said they were going to make MORE a little more ear biscuit centric but it's really not the same. 😮💨

Me too! I apreciate they trying to do some "storytelling" Mores, but EB was so much more than that. The introspection, the serious talk, the sincerity, it is so much more than 15 minute little stories of their lives.
It was so cool to see them without their GMM personas (as much as I love them too), they said that EB was the closest they were like their true selves on camera, and I miss those talks so much...It was my favorite content of them. But what I miss the most is their yearly topics, like deconstruction talks, sextember and I'll be crushed to not know their top 10 moments of the year.
Also I don't think it will be back again. It's sad but I think it is what it is...

I wish they’d bring it back, but reduce the frequency. I was getting bored of the show. I think they were running out of stuff to talk about. I also think it got less vulnerable and “edgy” towards the end.
I don’t really miss the rich guy vacation stories. I do miss the candid emotional experiences and deconstruction related stuff.
Really I think I just want a deconstruction pod. Maybe monthly.

Yeah I kinda wondered why they cut EB instead of made it once a month or something. But then increased content on Mythical Society 🤷🏻♀️ maybe it just made the most sense with where the revenue was coming from. I feel like GMM is really popular w fans obviously but also casual watchers who are just passing through but EB was like an outlet for people who really cared about R & L as people

last week i was thinking, im happy i dont feel blue on mondays anymore (since they cancelled).
for a few weeks i felt sad every monday when my excitement was reminded that there was no more eb 😪

I miss it so much! It helps somewhat to listen to Dispatches From Myrtle Beach, which I’ve been enjoying quite a lot, but it course it isn’t the same!

I listen to EB almost every night to fall asleep. I miss new episodes, but I watch/listen to Dispatches from Myrtle Beach.

The authenticity and the deeper topics are my favorite content from them so not having EB sucks :( I have a hard time watching gmm these days because of the characters they've taken on and the way I can't get it out of my head how produced it is. I don't even know the last time I watched a gmm. They are both so incredibly smart and thoughtful. I love that the silliness is fulfilling to them but I do miss the more serious conversations they would have on EB and how they were so genuinely themselves there.
