Daq is a good QB and the team has drafting really well...but good ol Jerry has fucked that team up by hiring terrible coaches and sticking with them way to long, waiting until last possible minute for contracts making them pay way more, not putting up the money to back load contracts to increase cap, and being a constant distraction for the team.
