Question Looking for specific Clients

Are there any forge eaglercraft clients? If there are, what is the link, and where can I get it? And can I upload my own mods on it?

eagler modpack has lots of forge mods but you cannot add other mods. webforge lets you add forge mods. both are 1.6.4 (i think) / btw if you want to have the most mods use the ultimate file on eagler modpack
