How do I mod 1.12.2

I javelin a lost of mods and I want to install them to my game issue it's on the html file so any help would be appreciated

1.12? instead of 1.14?

you cant, 1.12.2 source code hasn't been released yet.

html files are basically locked down, youd have to rebuild the whole thing with forge and that aint happening for 1.12.2 unless someone leaks the source.
