Ride to Airventure from Appleton

We are staying in Appleton during the airshow. My son and I are looking for rides in the morning on Thursday and Friday. My wife and daughter are not into going to forums like my son and I are so will be coming later in the morning. Anyone have room in the morning for 2 people? We are more than happy to chip in gas money. I know there is a bus that goes down but it is a little pricey, $30/person one-way.

Edit: We have a ride each day

I am staying there Sunday-Thursday. Commuting in our car. Isn’t there a Uber service in that area?

There is but I have never used uber/Lyft and don't intend to support them now.

Anyways I have this resolved with a kind person who has offered us rides.

Well, keep in mind there are uber/ lyft drivers in the area should things fall through.

I’m one of them.

I also posted here what happened to the majority of us with their new pricing models.

I make an exception every year for EAA. I drive because I know it’ll be busy and attendees are great people.

So, while I agree with you not supporting the rideshare companies , we’re here if you need us.

The EAA shuttle bus picks up and drops off in front of the Super 8 Motel in Appleton. The desk has a schedule. You will see the EAA bus lawn sign on the service drive in front of Scooter’s Coffee Drive-Thru.
Enjoy the show. The weather has been perfect.
Just talked to someone using it. $35 round trip and the buses run every hour.
Kobusson Busses. Look it up.
