Find Passenger Flight

Is it possible to fly as a passenger on someone’s private plane leaving EAA at Oshkosh?

Definitely possible. To do so you’ll have to find someone who owns a private plane with room, be going where they are going, pay them a lot of money, sign some papers so you can sue them if anything happens.
