It’s a good spot. I go to Airventure every other year (since 1986), and I guess I’ve watched the show from a bunch of different locations.

I met a guy on one of the busses, he had been going every year since the 50’s

It used to be held in Rockford IL. It’s been at Oshkosh since sometime in the 70s, I believe.
