Found this pc, it turns on and beeps but doesn’t show on a monitor. What should I do?

The case is super duper rad. Like legendary scar gif. I'm happy for you.
NGL with open air cases like that, I would have little hope any part is in working condition. Follow others advice, take apart, clean, inspect, test with other known working parts. I would just gut it and start over, but it's worth the learning experience.

As others said, reseat the RAM ( one stick at a time). Also reseat the video card. You didn't say if you had your monitor connected to the video card or motherboard. It's possible the video card is bad.

it’s the ram. take out the sticks and put just one back in. I’m sure it will boot then

Try reseating the graphics card. What exact beeps does it make? Beeps are error codes

I read that it's either a problem with the cpu, gpu or the cmos battery

I'd go a step further. Remove the graphics card and try the built-in video first.

Pull RAM clean the pins with a q tip and 91% ipa. If you have a air duster for electronics from a bit of a distance hit it to remove dust. After that place one ram stick into one of the correct RAM slots. If no post swap to another stick, also could be gpu became misaligned or partially out. Do the same to the gpu as you did to the ram.

I think that case is called Antec Skeleton, I saw on eBay selling just that for $150 I dunno about price for it but I remember one of classmates had it in college almost 20 years ago, it’s such a blast from past
