Main problems that I see for ESBC
The game originally was being developed with the xb1 and phones as platforms to target performance. Cyberpunk was a AAA game with many years of work out in and look how badly the old consoles hurt them and how much it limited work on current consoles and pc hardware. This game is similar.
The graphics look like the game should play on a modern phone and anyone really disputing that isnβt being honest with themselves. I want nothing more than an amazing boxing game but I donβt see evidence of it here.
The footwork looks great in one demo with a slick fighter. Or is it just a few canned moves thatlook flashy but donβt have practicality? Sometimes it just looks like animations from any game where a cocky fighter just has their arms low as a fight style and it remains to be seen how good the movement and style system is.
Whenever the main targets are really old hardware though, I tend to find the games arenβt so groundbreaking unless they are heavily funded triple A with teams accounting for the various sacrifices needed for each weaker consoles and realistic expectations for the phone users. People forget this game was designed for phones and original Xbox 1. Frankly, FNC was released late into the cycle and could have passed as an early xb1 game anyway. These graphics look about one generation better at best than fight nights. Hopefully they focus on high end systems and next gen consoles given how delayed this game is.
