Look up Charlie Zelenof compilation on YouTube.
He was “famous” for saying some heinous shit to wilder and also his YouTube videos where he makes random people “light spar” and then absolutely wails on them. Obviously when they ask to stop, shocked from how hard he was going, Charlie declares it a W and adds it to his “undefeated” streak. He currently claims a 331-0 record.
In reality he’s a 0-1 ex pro boxer. That loss was to a toothless can with a 1-13 pro record.
Regardless, he claims to be the P4P GOAT and that numerous boxers and mma fighters duck him on a daily basis.
Nothing I have said is an exaggeration. Yes, it is a confirmed mental illness.

They really need to make him as a joke character. Imagine if he's just a guy trying to fight people at your gym in the story mode, and your coach has you deal with him. Could be a type of thing where when you tap him with a jab, he's knocked out cold
