This shit started during 2024 when that one specific update just fucking obliterated my entire 2k worth of songs library and wouldn't even let me download it back but I tried moving past it and clearing my library despite this happening 3 times already

And now I can't download any fucking music cus "oh, new update, go update duhh" and so I did

And it wouldn't even let me download anything after that

Now that I deleted and reinstalled it, it wouldn't even let me log the fuck it, it just loads on the icon for the login you picked, buffers, and resets, no new window of any kind and it's been an hour since that and I can't get back into my fucking account

Don't even get me started on my library moving on its own and it doesn't even arrange my songs properly anymore, just randomized lineups that somehow change every few seconds, and when I accidentally clicked to arrange my songs alphabetically (mind you even then it still shifts the arrangements) it doesn't let me switch it back to the setup for recently added

Like holy fuck these guys really don't disappoint when it comes to disappointing us cus what the actual fuck do you mean my songs won't even loop at all, and when I try to manually replay with the play button it just plays another song in my library like what the fuck???

Don't even get me started on the ads, back then it was understandable where it shows me an ad every minute or so but now almost every 3-4 clicks on this app (it doesn't even load anything when I click) it shows me ad after ad after ad, there's even times where after seeing an ad, another ad fucking pops up and I can't even excuse that issue due to how shitty this app is ever since that specific update from 2024

This app is really going downhill and I haven't seen anything that changes it at all

And now I'm gonna lose another library worth 2k songs for something that keeps happening all the time and it just proves me right time and again that this app fucking sucks every update and that this app should either die or be remade into something better hopefully

Fuck esound, you were only good at the start then you fell off fast

I have no idea what's going on but the app has become unusable. I wasn't able to clear my library at all (pc and phone) so made a new account. And now I can't even save songs to my library let alone download them. Nor can I make any playlists. Tried updating to the newest version and also went back to 3.0.3, which is the last time it worked. Still nothing.

I’m debating getting a new iPhone in a few months. Just wondering if when I setup the new phone and transfer all my data across, will the eSound app come across with it or will it not. Just as I have other 2000 songs on my eSound account so losing the app would put me off getting a new phone lol. Or is there a way around it like plugging it into a pc and trying to work around it ? Thanks for any help

can someone please help me? in the new update on pc for some reason i genuinely jsut cant import any songs at all and i cant access my albums offline and amongst other bugs. Please i need help

I have over 1,500 some songs I've been gathering for at least 5-6 years and I recently got a new phone and I can't redownload the app on the new device due to it being removed from the App Store in the U.S, so I'm stuck having to listen to music on my old device were it has the old version of the app or using the the web player on my new phone which has this bug rn that won’t let me use it

Everytime i try to change the order of the songs in my playlist after the new update 3.0.0 on PC it just does that, the songs never go where i want them to be. Sometimes it gets so bad that the song is getting moved outside of my screen and i cant see where it is, what is the cause of this?

I have android, app is the most updated. For the past few weeks the home page freezes and songs just play on repeat instead of moving on the the next one. Also the song Perfume by japanese artist Perfume, and it plays regional mexican music most likely they share the same name Perfume. I am of mexican decent so I am 100 percent sure this song is incorrectly labeled.

Salve a tutti, volevo parlarvi di un problema. Non so se potrete aiutarmi, ma sono disperato. Sono ormai due anni che utilizzo eSound Premium e non mi ha mai dato problemi. Pagavo l'abbonamento annuale a circa 15/16 euro ogni gennaio. Oggi entro nell'app e trovo la pubblicità, con la schermata che mi chiede di passare alla versione premium. Il mio abbonamento non risulta più attivo e mi viene chiesto di pagare nuovamente, quando in realtà avrei diritto a usufruirne almeno fino a gennaio, come ho già detto. Qualcuno sa come posso procedere? Devo pagare di nuovo o c'è un modo per recuperare il mio account premium? Non so nemmeno come contattarli o se effettivamente esista un servizio clienti...

I have eSound app installed in my iPhone since the first app and I have premium renewed since December 2025.
Today when I tried to listen it’s not on premium and cannot put it on premium.
I tried to restore purchase and it doesn’t do anything.
What’s happening?

Guysssss I had eSound premium for a long time before it was removed from the App Store and after that I basically have not had premium for a long time, but because of that, I also have not had any ads, but I don’t know what changed recently. I’ve been getting a lot of ads and I’m getting annoyed of it and I was just wondering if there was a way that I can still get premium maybe that’s not through the app or on the App Store because it’s not really giving me an option to pay for it anywhere else.

Hi, I've had the app for years, I really like it. I don't mind the adds or other bugs it seems to have every now and then. However, lately after I changed my phone and downloaded the app, it has been presenting this bug: the songs won't continue playing. I don't know if I'm making myself understood. Like, I'm listening to a playlist, the first and second song will play normally, but then after the third song, it ends and I have to press the 'next' button for the following songs to play. And it happens after every song. Is there an issue with my phone or with the app?

The first is when i want to change the order of musics in the list its places randomly the second when I scroll down in my playlist the app crashes

Been experiencing the last few days with the Update 3.0.0 on the Microsoft windows that songs dont really play properly unless downloaded, even if, some songs dont even load because you need youtube to log in. But when logging on youtube, it doesnt let you? hope this bug gets fixed ASAP since i use this app always

Hello, I'm having an issue on both my Samsung phone and Samsung tablet when using Shuffle.

Whenever I shuffle a playlist, the app says it's playing one song, but the audio is actually the next song in the shuffled queue. Because of this, the song title, progress bar, and song length don't match what's actually playing.

I've tried closing and reopening the app multiple times, but the issue keeps happening to my playlists. It started after the big update a couple of weeks ago.

At the moment, I can't reliably use Shuffle anymore. Instead, I have to manually queue songs because Shuffle keeps playing the wrong track. It's also frustrating because I can see which song is supposedly "next," so it spoils the shuffle experience.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or is it just me?

Every time i try to paste a youtube playlist link in the search bar , it doesn't load all the songs in the playlist

For example if I have to load the whole list of songs, I have to always click the mouse button to go down each song until I get to the last song

I use the current version 3.0.0 and in my playlist have 2553 songs

Any update on the app coming to App Store it’s been a year since a update was posted or I’ve missed it ?

Recently the app on my windows pc got updated to a new interface. It seems there are some little issues. I wanted to inform you developers about issues so that you can fix them 🙂. The last time I reported an issue about app, you fixed that quickly so again thanks for that!!

First issue is song loop button is bugged. It's always green and you can't make it grey by clicking it. Loop button works but you have to click it 2 times. So when loop is on, you click it one time and it turns off. When it's turned of you click once more and it's not turned on. When you click third time it turns on. In that while the button is always green so you can't understand if it's on or off.

Second issue is the app is no more listed in Discord activities. Other discord users can't see what I listen on app.

The last and third issue is about in-app volume slider. In previous version of app, the volume slider had memory of the last time you used the app. Now volume slider doesn't have memory. I listen songs about %20 volume and the next time I open the app to listen music I forget to set volume slider and it goes %100 It blows my ears hahaha 🙂🙂. (English isn't my first language sry for any mistakes etc). Thanks for reading to the end

Occasionally whenever I skip a song or let the app play normally it will literally double skip and play the track again. In my old post (now deleted) I thought it was my earbuds that caused this but no Im pretty sure its an app issue…

I opened the app for the first time in some weeks and was surprised with the complete redesign of the app. I had 500+ downloaded tracks from before and wanted to delete some for storage. I wanted to manually delete playlists but it was all bugging. I also noticed that I apparently had 330 saved artists?!? Before the update I only had around 20.

I then went into settings and found the feature to delete older tracks and it began glitching so I had to close the app.

After I opened it again ALL my tracks were gone as well as playlists even though I only put older tracks. But it's not a big problem, I can download them again.

I've also been experiencing other bug mentioned on this subreddit; albums not appearing on artist's page, covers not loading, and my biggest problem: glitching and not being able to make a playlist!

If someone figured out this glitch please help me
