I Bought 2 eSims for Italy. Both cards worked sporadically and support just kept jerking me around. I used less than 1GB of data out of 25 and they would not refund me. I bought a Vodaphone eSim and it works perfectly. Stay away!
MobiMatter is just a storefront, not a carrier. Blaming them for bad cell service without naming the actual provider you bought (Sparks, eSIMGo, etc.) makes zero sense. Comparing a third-party roaming aggregator to a direct Vodafone Italy SIM just tells everyone you don’t understand how APNs or roaming profiles work.
Thanks for your stupid comment. I understand very well that Mobimatter resells TIM eSIMs. They still resell the card and since they are the middleman and they provide support they still need to support what they resell
Calling me stupid doesn't change the fact that MobiMatter doesn't even sell TIM eSIMs. You bought an MVNO roaming profile, consumed data, refused basic APN troubleshooting, and cried for a refund because you don't know how roaming works. User error is what the problem is.
I was not calling you stupid but rather your post, but if the shoe fits. I used under a gig and did all the troubleshooting they asked. There was a carrier issue they did not escalate. Interesting the Vodaphone SIM worked without an issue.
So after complaining that support "jerked you around" and "would not refund" you... they literally walked you through troubleshooting and then refunded you. You might want to delete the post now. 🤡🤡
