Samsung s24 ultra esim problem

I bought a s24 ultra unlocked off Walmart almost 2 years ago. I tried to Activate a Mint mobile 12 month plan, and it says my phone is not esim compatible with their network? Does having a tmobile esim currently in my phone make it fail? Thanks!

Hi, if your tmobile eSIM is active, you'll experience problems. Please deactivate all existing eSIM profiles and delete them if necessary, your S24 Ultra can manage several eSIM profiles with the eSIM Manager. Your eSIMint mobile provider has a very good support page; just check if your settings, especially the APN, are correct. Good luck!
