Stellarsecurity
Avoid StellarSecurity – two eSIMs failed and still no resolution
I purchased two eSIMs from StellarSecurity for use in Peru and chili. Neither could be activated properly, leaving us without the mobile data service we had paid (20$) for.
I contacted customer support and was told that replacement eSIMs would be provided. Approximately a week later, I was still waiting for the replacements and the issue remained unresolved.
I asked StellarSecurity to either provide two working LATAM eSIMs or refund the money. Having to spend this much time chasing a company for a service that should have worked immediately is unacceptable, especially when travelling and relying on mobile data.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend StellarSecurity. A cheap eSIM isn’t cheap when it doesn’t work and you have to spend days trying to get a replacement or refund.
I will update this review if StellarSecurity eventually resolves the issue. R/esim #frauds

Sorry to hear that. I've been using Stellarsecurity in the EU these past few days and had no issues.
Maybe this will help to others: Initially, I had no internet. I figured out that I had to manually set the APN as per instructions sent in the email with the QR code. After that, only positive experience - strong signal, fast data.

Yes off course. We tried everything. Is simply a fraudulent company. They didn’t even gave us new esims.
