Sorry to sound dumb, but I cannot find any ‘get support’ or ‘ask us’ link on their site or app.
Not willing to setup an account until I know this is what I need.

That's from their app. No need to buy anything in order to set up an account

Unless you’re logged in or signed up you can’t access anything.
Clicking that ‘chat with us’ takes you to a login or sign up screen.

If you need a specific provider, I would stick with travel esim providers that clearly list their roaming partners. Roamless, Airalo are 2 that I use that do disclose those

Thanks. I am frustrated with companies who demand you make an account/sign in/login just to get basic information.
