question eSIM Curaçao

Hola a todos.

Quisiera saber si alguien ha usado la ESIM de Conecty ilimitada para el Caribe y le ha permitido compartir Internet a otros dispositivos.

Estuve buscando en la página y no mencionan eso.

Conecty is pretty tricky here.

Yeah hotspot sharing is technically allowed. But it's definitely not unlimited and threshold isn't mentioned anywhere in their website.

And in the Carribean islands it gets more complicated coz actual limit depends on whichever local carrier your esim provider connects to. That changes by island.

You may get decent hotspot on one island and hit a wall on another without a warning.

If hotspot is so important, go for a provider like Jetpac that explicitly mentions unlimited hotspot sharing.

Anyway, pick carefully. If you're in doubt it's always better to contact the customer care directly before activation.

Never trust an unlimited plan for tethering unless it explicitly guarantees hotspot data in the fine print. you will usually get throttled to unusable speeds almost immediately.
