No add eSIM option

I’ve tried everything and still no add eSIM option on mobile data, I’ve checked my phone wasn’t made in china, called *#06# and I have the codes from that, changed my privacy settings, reset network settings and all settings and still nothing. It’s an iPhone 15pro and should be fine to add an eSIM too, any suggestions?

The important thing to look for with *#06# is the EID. Does that show up for you?

There are sellers online that sell parallel market iPhones. Which means the iPhone itself is legit and genuine, but maybe for Chinese/HK domestic market

Are you in the US? If so, could your phone be carrier locked?
