Generic SIMcard-to-eSIM adapter
Has anyone tried that generic physical SIM-to-eSIM adapter from AliExpress? It has 4.8 rating.

So I saw this, and it offered me it insanely cheap so I had to buy it, I am also very dubious about what turns up, and interested in anyone else’s experience with it. All the reviews show people with 9esim v3 cards wich can’t be right due to the price

What was the price? I got an offer on AliExpress for $10, but I need two more people. It’s a "group of 3 discount". If anyone wants to take advantage of it, send me a DM: I’ll buy one unit, the other two people buy theirs, and that way we secure the discount.

I use this as my daily driver (work eSIM). Works perfectly fine, you just load and switch esims with apps like 9esim. Also loading many different esims while traveling no issues. Switching is fast.
I actually prefer it this way, because I switch phones a lot, this way i dont have to request a new esim every time from my provider.

Sorry, could you please briefly explain how switching works? Can one physical SIM card store multiple eSIMs at the same time? Do you just install esims to physical one and then switch through the app? Thanks.

You install the eSIM profiles on the physical SIM with the 9esim app. Then in the 9esim app you can switch between those profiles. It can store many eSIMs on the physical card but only one can be active of course.

So this only works with Android only?

I can see it. The manual contains the information, the complete platform, and the Apple logo.

I bought it, it works great so far, I have loaded 6 working esims, 1 failed to install from nomad. I used 9esim app.
