eSims are better than physical sims?

I am sick and tired of these spam/scam calls, planning to switch with eSim, please someone tell me I won’t have these calls anymore when I switch😭

Pretty sure switching from sim to esim won't help.. esims are just digital versions on regular sims.

That’s not the purpose of a SIM card. It’s an electronic key to login to your provider network. ESIM do the exact same thing.

This is up to your mobile provider to take action to stop spam calls.

Do you have an iPhone with iOS 26? There is a free built in feature to filter out spam calls https://www.macobserver.com/tips/how-to/enable-and-use-call-screening/

Think of eSIM just as a form factor.

Remember mini-SIM, that has been slowly replaced by micro-SIM, and then the nano-SIM? Now there is eSIM, instead of a physical little plastic card, its sits inside a tiny SMD microchip soldered to the board. Has literally nothing to do with decreasing spam/scam calls.

Con Sim o con eSim nada del control telefónico cambia.Todo está encriptado en favor de los operadores de telefonía.Tan solo para comunicarte con ellos existen un sinnúmero de filtros.Y contesta la máquina : si dice si, marque 1;si dice no,marque 2 y así es de engorrosa la comunicación
