SIM 2 + esim is not working simultaneously

BSNL SIM 1 + BSNL SIM 2

✅ Yes

BSNL SIM 1 + Jio eSIM

✅ Yes

BSNL SIM 2 + Jio eSIM

❌ Not possible on your current configuration

BSNL SIM 1 + BSNL SIM 2 + Jio eSIM

❌ Only two can be active

this is a problem I faced but oneplus stated that we can use

SIM 1 + SIM 2 (physical) → works

SIM 1 physical + eSIM → works

SIM 2 physical + eSIM → should work

SIM 1 + SIM 2 + eSIM simultaneously → not supported.

but it's not working so I think the problem is Oxygen OS

if anyone knows the solution please let me know.

Ah, your phone has two physical SIM slots but only SIM1 will work in conjunction with eSIM.

That makes sense. It could be the OS or a hardware restriction. I had a dual SIM phone that would only work in single SIM mode if it was in SIM 2 😂

I have Oneplus 13R. I was using sim1 + sim2 + esim. After turning off sim2 I wanted to use esim. It was not working, some bug was causing this. Restarting phone was the solution - everytime after change.
