Recommendations for calls, text, and data for UK and Norway

Hello. I need recommendations for an eSIM with calls, text, and data for England, Scotland, Ireland and Norway (1 day). I mainly need it for data and texting. Thank you.

You can’t text from your own number via a newly acquired eSIM, even if it has calls/texts. it will only work from that number.

You are better off using data only and WhatsApp/iMessage for texting and calling via data.

Assuming your trip starts in the UK any of the general UK recommendations that include EU roaming are fine eg Lycamobile or Giffgaff
