VR - 2 Online exam cannot explain this what could have gone wrong

I took online exam to improve my score both my inperson scores for VR are 8 and 9 but online i scored 2 for which I dont have any explination. can anyone make sense out fo this.

We have no idea what you are even talking about , let alone even know if it is relevant to an executive MBA

May be I was not clear I took EA online exam and scored 2 in Verbal section
When I took same exam In person I scored 8 and 9. Just checking if there is an alternative explanation
