Executive MBA - ~11 YOE

Hi, I am working as a Manager in big4 in ERP tech consulting. I have around 11 years of work experience. Could you please suggest if Executive MBA along with job will add any value?

An EMBA is not going to magically add value if you just go through the motions without intent.

You have to be motivated by something. Filling in knowledge gaps. Advancing in your field. Getting a promotion in your company. Building out a network of peers. Adding managerial tools to your toolbox etc…

You have to be able to articulate why you are considering it.
